Take a call for me

I am associated with an open source project, I value my privacy but they want to have a face to face call, I don't want to show my face. I am looking for someone I can explain the details to who can be me in this call. I'm willing to pay $300 upfront and another 2,450 after the call. The call will be brief, at most 30 mins. Thanks
