System administrator and customer support

I am looking for an experienced System Administrator and Customer Support professional to join my team. The successful candidate will have experience providing Phone/Chat customer support, performing software installs and upgrades, security patching, troubleshooting and network configuration tasks, as well as experienced in using command line tools. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical skills, troubleshooting experience and customer service aptitude. This individual should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to effectively coordinate and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
