System Administrator - Mobile App

Currently looking for a system administrator. We need someone who had all the information on what services we have running on the server, what services like CloudFlare are used and how they are configured. Could set up regular backups of the database and its scaling and optimization in case of load. Need an understanding of CI/CD processes and the ability to configure this on the server. Also, he must be able to configure log rotation. Work with metrics, analyze them and identify overloads or problem areas, set up alarms for overloads, memory consumption or crash of any of the services.
