System Administrator Assitance

We have a ip address connected to a sub domain, it is setup on a linux server and the dns settings are with cloudflare. The sub domain shows as secure https but the ip address comes up as not secure. The ip address sits on a different server which we don't have access to, it was displaying as secure until yesterday so need to get it resolved asap.
