System Admin for Setup PHP application local server and make live internet Cent OS or Linux or Windows

I am looking for a system administrator experienced with either Ubuntu, CENT OS or Linux or windows to help me setup a ready ERP application based on PHP. The chosen freelancer must have experience setting up ERP applications, as well as have an understanding of PHP scripting language and the server setup procedure. I have already determined that the server I need setup is Ubuntu, and the type of application is an ERP. I am looking for someone who can complete the task efficiently and effectively. with server setup and firewall making live from our local server we dont want cloud or web hosting
