Sysadmin for Digitalocean Windows Template Setup

I'm in need of a seasoned system administrator who can create a template for me to install both Windows Server 2022 and Windows 10 Enterprise on Digitalocean. This template will be used to set up multiple Digitalocean servers on demand, all with a predefined username and password.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in both Windows Server 2022 and Windows 10 Enterprise installation and configuration on Digitalocean.
- Ability to create a template for mass server installation.
- Experience in setting up predefined administrator user access.
What You'll Be Working With:
- The template will support both Windows Server 2022 and Windows 10 Enterprise.
- All servers will have an Administrator level predefined user.
- The servers will only need the operating system installed, with no additional software required.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in system administration, particularly with Digitalocean and Windows operating systems. Please include relevant experience in your proposal.
