Sysadmin Expert in Migration CentOS v7.9.2009 to AlmaLinux 8 WHM

I am looking for a qualified sysadmin for a project to migrate my current CentOS v7.9.2009 environment to AlmaLinux 8 WHM. I am not sure if I want to use a third party plugin for the migration, so I will need someone to advise me on this. My environment is relatively small, with 9 users, and I would like some guidance in making sure the migration is done without any issues.
The ideal candidate will have a wide range of system administration skills and experience with different operating systems, such as CentOS and AlmaLinux8. They should also be knowledgeable about WHM and be able to assist with any cPanel related tasks. Additionally, they should have the ability to work calmly and efficiently even in a stressful situation and have excellent problem-solving skills.
