Synology File System Corruption Repair

My team is seeking an experienced freelancer to help to repair a file system on a Synology device. We have access to SSH and Telnet on the device and we can see Volume1, however we are not able to login to DSM 6.2. The files that we are attempting to access are primarily VM's. It appears the file system is currently corrupt or unstable. If you have experience working with Synology devices, we ask that you please apply to this project.
