StrongSwan Server VPN Issue

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me resolve performance slowdowns with my StrongSwan Server VPN . I have specific target metrics that I want to achieve. my strongSwan vpn can't process 2500 requests through the VPN, it keeps losing connection so i need someone who can help me resolve this.
strong swan is already installed and working fine when sending single requests, but when you send large request through the VPN that is when there's issue
