Species Boundary Analysis Using SNAPP

Job ID: 38545287

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I'm seeking an expert in species delimitation to assist with analyzing whole genome sequences using SNP data with SNAPP (or Beast?).

- Primary Goal: The main objective of this project is to confirm existing species boundaries.
- Expected Output: A visual representation of these boundaries on a phylogenetic tree and other relevant information.
- Software: The analysis should be conducted exclusively using SNAPP or other relevant softwares.

Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience with SNAPP and species delimitation, as well as a strong understanding of phylogenetic trees. Please include examples of previous work with SNAPP and species boundary analysis in your proposal.

Furthermore, I am a beginner in this field so I am looking for someone who will guide me (not do everything for me). Message me for further information. Btw, some parts will be in Linux.

Send me a message for further inquiries.
