SpamAssassin Integration on Private Server

I'm having problems with people being able to add and configure spamassaisin correctly on our server. We did use cpanel and this has been a problem since we moved away from it. I will only release payment when we have had 4 days of very few spam emails. So you must have the highest level of knowledge of spamassaisin. Also you MUST work from our computer via Anydesk, so you must start your application by saying, "I will use anydesk no ifs not buts". I'm not allowed to give our server details so there is no point in even asking. We will pay $60, this should be a simple job so I'm not sure why its proving so difficult.
