Source & install FREE Panel for VPS hosting

I plan to buy a VPS hosting. I used to bundle it with CPanel, but Cpanel as u know is expensive. I liked it as it has all the smart features. So, im looking for a provider who can recommend and install a Free Panel in my VPS. so I can get a empty VPS and save some money. This panel need to be equally good as Cpanel.
