Sophos VPN setup laravel app -- 2

I want to setup laravel app to sophos vpn machine ( centos ) and this you have to do in anydesk/teamviwever. i have already deployed laravel app on /var/www/html but i cannot figure out mysql and ip in which the app will be accessible.

only experts bids.
