Solve small issues in CentOS7

The project consists on 3 tasks to be performed in a server CentOS7+Plesk:
1. Make run a R script in cron daily. The R script already runs smoothly in the server, but the cron job doesn't work
2. Create one ftp access + one sftp access to specific folders
3. Make a folder accesible from the website, through a URL address
