Solve reading writing ser.serial() ttyAMA0 com port in RPI3 using ubuntu

I have an script working perfectly in Pi3 with an old Linux image.
Now I run the same script with Ubuntu Raspberry Pi Generic (64-bit ARM) preinstalled server image in the same Pi 3.
Serial wiring connections remains the same no changes.
But when running the script I can't manage to read/write through ttyAMA0.
I need to solve this issue with a freelancer experienced 100% sure it can figure out in one hour.
