Smoke Detector Detector with Linux Alsa System
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We have a small Linux system (1 core, ~1GHz) with a microphone connected. It´s ALSA compatible. We are looking for a small application which detects every <configurable> ms a certain noise threshold and if detected, analyse that noise. Goal is the acoustical detection of as many as possible smoke detectors in the room. Unfortunalety, these systems are only standardized in terms of loudness, but not in the used frequencies and noise patterns. A good overview is here:

These detectors shall be supported.
We need the code in C++, external libs may be used but in this case we need to know lib details (license, etc.).
The code shall be written in a way, that we might easily add new smoke detectors / patterns to the list of devices.
Budget to be discussed.
