Small linux Application

Hello we need small application for linux

here is a example

Client A
System Admin
Internet

When client send any request to internet it should be recoded with system admin everything going from client pc to internet only via system admin pc

all requests should be saved to database also admin can make rule like client open facebook.com and admin make rule next time if user open facebook.com google.com opens like that

there should be a GUI interface web panel where admin can see these request and pause correct them and forword to internet . all internet traffic come to system admin pc then they approve and then client can process it

system admin pc will have 2 Lan card 1 is directly connected to Internet and other used to out internet for client everything will be going via admin pc

we will be using raspberryPi or Microtek or similar devices to intercept traffic please only bid if you can
