Small MYSQL TASK

Centos server with whm/cpanel. I have a .sql file generated using whm/cpanel and I am trying to import it to the same server (needs to be different table name or other domain at same server can be used). But when I use the import .sql feature of whm phpmyadmin I get message incorrect format parameter. There are many options I dont know which one is correct. I need someone to import it for me or tell me which is the correct format. Needs to login to my desktop using anydesk to be able to upload file to server.
