Small Linux system admin task

We have a CENTOS 7 server running cPanel and hosting a number of E-Commerce websites. We need latest version of ElasticSearch and Kibana installing and configuring so that the E-Commerce websites can use authenticated access to ElasticSearch. The process should be documented so it can be replicated if needed in the future.
