Site loads fast from UK, USA, Etc.. But from Hungary it is really slow. (Using cloudflare) Need solution

I have a really weird issue. My sites are really slow from my country from Hungary but when I am using VPN from other countries they are extremely fast. I have a dedicated server in germany so it is not a shared hosting. I am using cloudflare, but do to my investigation it is not cloudflare connection issue. I want to find the issue and fix it. I need someone who is expert on this field.
