Simple Small Business Server Setup

I am requiring a rather simple business server to be setup for use at my home and soon to be shared by approximately 6 in-house staff and connected with 1 additional server, with remote employees/partners needing to connect with incredible ease(Up to 10 remote workers/partners)
Our requirements are incredibly simple including:
-Sharing pictures of equipment on deals we are collaborating on
-Sharing documents, including .XLSX, .DOCX, and .PDF primarily
-Ability to upload and download by all parties with any access level(Initially..later we'll work on adding permissions)
-Currently we will run most computers via hardwire but this afternoon I'll be adding a router to it which will need to be setup for other computers to access it via Wi-Fi.
