ShareofCost Update

We have an older php (ver 5.5.34) dental health rater on ShareOfCost.com with a recently expired SSL. In the process of updating the SSL our host said we were using an EOL CentOS 6 server but we had access to another server we rent (BlueOnyx 5209R with BOPE). When we transferred the files and compared the size they matched but when we ran the rater on the new 5209R we get a "FAILURE" and the order will not complete the process to write to the SQL files. The error message is sporadic in that some some programs write and other do not. We think it may be either be a php ver mismatch, corrupt data on the imported version, file rights or path issues.

We are looking for a person with experience in troubleshooting php/sql write failures and get the rater program operational on our new server.
