Setup ubuntu and Joomla 4 on my VBox

Hello, I have purchased a small cloud server from hetzner, and I want to install Ubuntu to host the Joomla site so your task is
1- install or setup Ubuntu with full secuirty, close all ports and keep only what we need, change the SSH stander port to none standard port
2- Install Joomla 4,
end result must fully function working Virtual server with Joomla 4 working with no issue,
