Setup a simple mail server with a step by step guide

I am looking for someone to put together a document that explains in step by step detail how to set up a mail server on a Ubuntu linux machine (using the latest Ubuntu 20.10).
The document must have every step including: installing the necessary packages, installing a certificate, setting up the mail domain, setting up an smtp server and pop3 server.
The setup must also include configuring the mail server's domain through cloudflare.
You must also disable any processes or applications running on the server that are not used by the mail server.
The final document must be a Microsoft Word document with steps and screen shots when necessary.
I will provide a virtual server for you to install and test. But once you provide the document, I will erase the virtual server and create a new one to install the mail server using your document.
