I'm looking for someone to setup a mail server for sending out email notifications from my laravel web app, hosted on Digital Ocean.

Deliverable:
The web app should be able to emails as developed within my web app. So if a user turns on notifications, the web app should be able to use the emails server that the freelancer has set up to send out the email. Includes all functions that send an email of the web app.
