Setup 4G mobile Proxy Server With raspberry pi4b + Dongles and usb hub

Hardware will be used
- Linux PC with Lan connected or Raspberry Pi 4 Model B - 2GB with Lan
- Dongles (Huawei E3372-320) with sim cards
- USB HUB (I have seen that Orico 2.0 - 10 port works well)
Setup for Proxy Server
- Able Support multi dongles
- Able connect proxy through HTTP Proxy
- IP Address Rotation on Time Interval example: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc
- Have a simple UI
- Have an api for managing the proxies / rotating the modems ips
