Setup a WireGuard implementation that works with kayosports.com.au (native implementation, not a commercial VPN provider)

Seeking someone to setup a WireGuard implementation using a VPS (ideally Google Cloud Platform, but any reputable provider is acceptable) which works with kayosports.com.au, netflix.com, and sport.optus.com.au.
This setup must be explainable in steps by the successful tasker (so the process can be repeated in future).
Must use the WireGuard protocol. Suggestions for commercial VPNs (like NordVPN) will be ignored; I am seeking a private implementation only.
