Setup Ubuntu 20.04 to allow mulitple Remote Desktop Connections

I have a Ubuntu 20.04 VPS and need someone to setup 4 new accounts with Remote Desktop Connection access allowing 4 simultaneous Windows 10 users to connect to the VPS via the Windows 10 Remote Desktop Client.
It is a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04
I would require a written guide of the steps taken to set up the remote desktop services and user accounts so I can replicate the setup on other VPSs and also add more users with RDP access is needed.
SSH Root login credentials will be provided.
