Setup TrueNas

We need some asstiance for setting up TruNas.
The requirements are as follows.
* Must be installed in a virtual machine
* Must be night replicate data between our department in Denmark and our department in Ukraine. The machine for our department in Ukraine has not yet been purchased - so it will come a little later. But the virtual mashine can be prepared allready now.
* Must be night take take a differential copy of a test server that we have standing and once a week must take a complete copy.
*The disks must be installed in raid 10 (in the virtual machine). There will be 6 x 4tb disks for Truenas.
* There should be a cloud backup of data on the NAS server every night.
