Setup a Ragnarok Online server for personal use

Hello, I am looking for a freelancer to help set up a Ragnarok Online private server for my own use. I have previously played Ragnarok Online on public servers, and I now wish to set up my own private one.
Specifically, I need the server to be set up in a Linux operating system VPS. I am looking for a freelancer who can provide me with pre-installed features and am expecting to have less than 50 players using the server at any given time.
It can be through rAthena or Hercules emulators, as well as the client setup with the ragexe and all. No need for CP (control panel) or website, it's for me and my friends so we are fine just creating accounts with _M _F.
