Setup NAS based on Unraid/TrueNAS/Proxmox/QNAP incl. applications
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for someone who can set up a NAS including applications!
Which operating system do you recommend?
Proxmox, TrueNAS, Unraid or set up everything on the QNAP?
Please send me your recommendation and why this particular solution.
I am currently using a QNAP TS-453Be with 8Gb RAM.
I would like to switch to a DIY NAS in the long term.
The choice between Proxmox, TrueNAS or Unraid has not yet been made.
I am now looking for someone who can set up one of the above operating systems on an old PC (i5 4670k, 16GB RAM)
mentioned operating systems and also install my required applications. The installed hard disks will then be moved to new hardware!
I will take care of setting up the applications!
Only the installation as a Docker container or VM is necessary.
So that updates are easily possible for me afterwards.
