Setup Load Balancer for 40 websites hosted on Dedicated VPS Server

Hey,
I want to set up a load balancer for my 35-40 websites, The stack of websites is PHP , MySQL .
I have currently 14 GB RAM , 8 vCPU and 2 TB STORAGE ON MY dedicated server.
I can even take new server if it is required for the work .
The main goal is that these websites should not be down in any condition for a lot of traffic and loads .
You can suggest me to use any service like proxy , load balancer or anything .
