Setup KVM router on Ubuntu host

I am looking for a freelancer who has experience with KVM virtualisation technology to help me set up a KVM router on my Ubuntu host. The primary purpose of this setup is virtual network configuration. Although I have a general idea of what I need, I am open to suggestions from the freelancer.
