Setup HPC cluster

My project is to setup an HPC (High Performance Computing) cluster. The intended use of the cluster is for high performance computing and it will be running on Linux. I am looking for someone to have it setup. The successful freelancer should have experience in setting up HPC clusters and have a strong working knowledge of Linux. The project requires a deep understanding of hardware, software and networking and will require careful planning and execution. I look forward to seeing your proposals for this project.
