Setting up existing wordpress on AWS and configure server to run the site

Hello we are in need of a server administrator who can setup existing wordpress site and run on aws the task includes the following

- deploy files from existing server on EC2 around 500mb zip file
- run mysql database only 1 is there on RDS
- push media to S3
- Integrate cloud front
- setup WAF and IAM security firewall
- setup Elastic Transcoder for videos
- setup evssl on aws
- setup dns to run website
