Set up my vps to my point of sale codeigniter app

configure my vps to run my codeigniter web app

Requirement:
- installing phpmyadmin
- configuring my vps to secure enough
- prefer ubuntu os
- installing webmin
- install Lamp
- allowing remote sql from my localhost pc to server
- use letsencrypt for ssl
- make sure my server location in singapore

if there's conflict between my app and server, configuring htaccess too
