Set up a sub-domain

I do not succeed to set up a sub domain. I use cloudflare, but the domain and subdomain are on OVH.
I have tried to configure this sub domain test.vivre-thailande.org and it show the webmail of the host. (OVH)
If someone has an idea to fix that, it would be great ;o)
I would need that it work for any new subdomain I create.
