Set up cPanel on new server and import old data and accounts.

I need a new server set up with cPanel. It is installed but needs configuring with firewall accounts and data from the previous server. I need this starting today, so if you're a cPanel Wizkid and have time spare today, I would love to hear from you.
My budget is $35, and I will be sharing information through another, more secure chat application than here.
