Server migration

Hi,
I need a professional and experienced person(s)/system administrator(s).
I'm not just looking for people who can migrate the servers and have basic information. I am only looking for experienced professionals who can analyze and understand which software, plugins and modules, which versions are needed. Please only experienced ones, because it is crucial and we don't have a chance to make mistake while doing these.
Things to do:
1-Making Apache, Apache extensions, PHP version, PHP extensions and MYSQL etc. arrangements required for our website running on the old server to run smoothly on the new server.
2-Testing the site before the migration on the new server, solving and fixing the errors, if any.
3-Migrating the old server to the new server.
THE OLD SERVER DETAILS:
My current server software versions are: Centos (6.8), Easyapache (3) and WHM/CPanel (76.0.22).
Software versions used by the currently active website: APACHE (2.2.34), PHP (5.3.29), MYSQL (5.5.61-ccl)
THE NEW SERVER:
CLOUDLINUX was installed with WHM/CPANEL (LATEST VERSIONS)
