Server deployment automation

I am looking for server automation solution or custom script to deploy servers globally. For the same we need Server and network admin who is expert in automation or have experience. We want admin to setup luster, maintain and document it. Can use automation via ansible or chef. We need experience and expert so if you have doubt then do not bother to reply. We are just posting some numbers which we can discuss later.
