Server Migration & Optimization Expert Needed

I need a highly skilled server administrator with extensive experience in Almalinux 8 and FastPanel. The project involves moving various types of data (website files, database data, multimedia files) between servers. Key requirements include:
- Migration of specific configurations: This includes PHP-FPM settings, Nginx configurations, and Memcached setup.
- Performance optimization: During the migration process, I require performance tuning to ensure my servers run as efficiently as possible post-migration.
An ideal candidate would be proficient with PHP-FPM, Nginx, MariaDB, Memcached, FFmpeg, and ImageMagick. Experience with server optimization and security hardening is a plus.
