I am seeking an experienced freelancer capable of executing a server migration task. The objective is to convert a backup file located in the var/mysql folder from a non-functional server to a new server with identical specifications. The servers are running CentOS 7.

Source Server Information:

Non-functional server.
Only access available is to the physical backup file located in the var/mysql folder.
No SSH access due to the server being non-operational.
Target Server Information:

Newly set up CentOS 7 server.
Full SSH access will be provided.
