Server Health Check and Optimization
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
We need a professional to check our server space. You will verify that the user profile is running correctly. You will perform the following:
1. Web Server
Apache (httpd) – Required to serve the website.
CWP (Control Web Panel) – Manages server configuration.
2. User & Directory Setup
CWP User (arc) – Owns the website files.
/home/arc/public_html/ Directory – Where website files are stored.
Correct File & Directory Permissions – Ensures Apache can access files.
3. Web Dependencies
Node.js (v18+) – Required to build and run the React frontend.
npm (Node Package Manager) – Manages frontend dependencies.
4. Firewall & Security
Firewall Configuration – Allows HTTP (80) & HTTPS (443) traffic.
SSL Certificate (Let's Encrypt) – Enables HTTPS for secure connections.
5. Deployment Setup
Apache Virtual Host Configuration – Ensures Apache serves the correct files.
Test Index Page in public_html/ – Confirms Apache is serving static content.
6. Optional Backend Components
PHP (if needed for backend/API)
MariaDB (if using a database)
If any part(s) are/is missing, you will install them (as a paid bonus) to the server/user.
Your bid is the amount required to do the listed steps. Any installs/updates will be supplied as milestone and paid accordingly.
