Server Admin > Chatwoot Image Loading Issue Troubleshooting

I have a situation where a system admin installed Chatwoot on my server, but the images are not loading. I have verified that the image files are present on the server. However, I'm unsure how to check the file permissions for the image directory. I do have access to the server's configuration files.

I think base URL is not set right. It goes to 0.0.0.0
