Hi,
I have a server running on a cloud host and can get Console access, but we can not get the password and need it resetting in Ubuntu.
1. Use remote desk to access PC. (Teamviewer/Anydesk)
2. Access console of server. (Can not log in with current host pass)
3. Go through Ubuntu reset process.
