Senior Mikrotik and Network Admin

Hi.
I am looking for a senior Mikrotik and SysAdmin for the below tasks:
1: increase IP range (DHCP) of my Mikrotik (in case if I have 700 physical users in my office) and automatically assign new increased range IPs to users who connect to our network.
2: Mikrotik winbox is having 5 local IP address access restrictions. it cant be accessed from all local IPs for security reasons. So it needs to set new IPs for accessing winbox and remove old IPs.
3: I have 2 static public (internet) IPs on Mikrotik. one is primary internet and the other is secondary internet.
the second internet is already set up for CCTV camera broadcasting. but primary needs to be set up.
4: my dedicated server with GPU was having 1 SSD. now I connected 3-4 more SSDs. it needs to be set up like when my first primary SSD is full, all the new data should automatically go to 2nd Disk. and when the second is full, the data should go to the next disk. etc. or any other solution available to divide the load?
This is an hourly task. only an experienced person is required.
