I'm looking for an expert to set up a self-hosted Passbolt on a VPS created on our OVH Cloud account for my team of 5.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and configure a VPS on our OVH Cloud account.
2. Install, set up, and secure Openbolt.
3. Provide basic training for my team.
Security requirements include:
- Setting up firewall rules and restricting access.
- Enabling encrypted backups and securing the database.
- Implementing HTTPS with a free SSL certificate.
- Enforcing user roles and permissions.
- Keeping Passbolt and system software updated.
- Enabling logging for security audits.
Furthermore, I would appreciate your guidance on the following:
- Monitoring server performance, uptime, and logs.
- Quick training for one user on secure usage.
- Creating a recovery plan for lost 2FA devices.
- Steps to take in case of a crash and how to recover from backup.
