Sega Dreamcast developer

I'm looking for a talented Sega Dreamcast developer to create a game for the platform. The project is to port a PC game over to the Dreamcast platform. The main target platform will be the Dreamcast, so experience with that platform is a must. The expected product is a game, so I'll need someone experienced with the development of games for the Dreamcast.
