Secure Self-Hosted OpenVPN with Linux

I need a self-hosted OpenVPN server set up on an Ubuntu Linux system. This server should be protected with VPN Server multi-factor authentication (MFA). The main aim is to secure my servers and shield logging attempts from external threats.

To clarify further, the requirements are as follows:
