Secure Invoice Ninja Setup on Ubuntu

I need Invoice Ninja installed on a fresh Ubuntu 22.04 server.
Requirements:
- Use Gmail SMTP for email sending
- Ensure PDF generation works (any tool is fine)
- Implement sensible security measures since it will be internet-facing (Cloudflare Tunnels config on my end)
